In 2007, C4 Management, LLC began serving primarily the Leeward or West side of the Island of Oahu. We’ve since caught the attention of various associations and property management firms throughout the Island of Oahu. We provide elite site management to over 4,800 units or homes in Kapolei, Makakilo, Ewa by Gentry, Ocean Pointe, Waikele, Mililani Mauka, Kailua, Honolulu, and Waikiki.

C4 Management was founded by the late Angel DeCosta. Her experience includes commercial development and commercial property management. After working for a law firm, Angel was a Vice President for seven (7) out of her ten (10) years with Colliers Monroe Friedlander, Hawaii’s largest commercial real estate firm. Besides her work with high rise and shopping center developments, she was also Wal-Mart’s owner’s representative as project coordinator when they first entered the retail sector of Hawaii.

C4 Management, LLC is better known for its explosive component and we are a dynamite company but the name is derived from Angel’s four children. Her four children’s names all begin with the letter “C” and she thought this would be a great way to pay tribute to her family and their potential future roles in the business. All her children now have families of their own and have held this company grow immensely.
